The PIT is CMC’s first challenge, requiring both physical and mental fortitude. This 7-minute AMRAP workout (As Many Reps As Possible) consists of athletic, military-inspired, functional fitness movements designed to level the playing field between endurance and strength athletes. There is a division for everyone from Bravo – Body Weight to Delta – Heavy Weights. Your teammates, the spectators, and our DJ’s beats are your inspiration. Come prepared, put your strategy to the test, and dominate The PIT!

  • The PIT consists of a 7 minute high intensity, functional fitness AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) style workout of 4 movements.
  • Choose a PIT Division (Bravo, Charlie, Delta) to perform your best while testing your physical and mental limits.
  • Combiners have 90 seconds to complete As Many Reps As Possible of each movement with 20 seconds rest between movements.
  • Your goal is to perform as many reps as possible of all 4 movements in 7 minutes (6 minutes of work with 20 seconds of rest between movements)
