The PIT is CMC’s first challenge, requiring both physical and mental fortitude. This 7-minute AMRAP workout (As Many Reps As Possible) consists of athletic, military-inspired, functional fitness movements designed to level the playing field between endurance and strength athletes. There is a division for everyone from Bravo – Body Weight to Delta – Heavy Weights. Your teammates, the spectators, and our DJ’s beats are your inspiration.
