GORUCK: Elite Heat
Team GORUCK will be leading an elite heat at the September 22nd Urban Assault CMC, and they want you on their team. Led by Special Operations Cadre, Team GORUCK will be crushing the pit wearing rucks filled with bricks (of course), and will be bringing the party after (of course). (You must have completed a GORUCK Challenge - aka gotten a taste of good livin' - prior to September 22nd to be a member of Team GORUCK)
Participants in this elite heat must wear a ruck or backpack (any brand, though of course we think GORUCK is the best for everything) filled with bricks. As with the Challenge, four bricks if you are under 150 pounds, six if you’re over. GORUCK has advised us it’s best not to get too philosophical about the bricks. Each brick should be the size and weight of a brick.
To participate in this elite heat, you must have participated in a GORUCK Challenge – a 12 hour slice of Special Operations training that will introduce you to yourself and is known to under promise and over deliver.
