Metabolic Conditioning: (3 rounds )
- 45 seconds of box jumps (rest :10 seconds)
- 45 seconds of Thrusters Men 75 lbs / Women 45 lbs  (rest :10 seconds)
- 45 seconds of Burpees (rest :10 seconds)
- 45 seconds of Kettlebell Swings Men 24kg / Women 16 kg.

Rest 1 min in between rounds

@anniethorisdottir and @frederikaegidius show their love for @barbellsforboobs today at @reebokcrossfit5thave ! Not only did they show their support but they added weight to the bar to crush the team workout. @anniethorisdottir and teammate #lizadams through 175lbs on the bar while @frederikaegidius and #Jayadams put a monster 205lbs on the bar. Both teams came in under 7.5 minutes for a shared 60 ground to overhead reps!!!
